The goal set forth on this day is to establish an agency to make low impact sustainable development (EcoVillages) the new norm of community development by 2020.Inspired by the precedent set by the Lammas EcoVillage in Wales it is the intent of this agency to import the criteria and protocols established and approved by the Welsh Government in 2008.
